I spent 35 years in the semiconductor industry. First as an engineer, then as a general manager — 15 years running profit centers.
What it taught me: the decisions that matter are rarely made on a PowerPoint. They require knowing the suppliers, the cycles, the balance of power.
I founded Elyzea Conseil in 2026 to provide strategic consulting and interim management.
